Conquering The Incline

Yesterday Tyler and Jennifer did something quite amazing. They conquered the incline in Colorado Springs. The Olympic Training Center is located in our city, and the incline is one of the spots where they train. Check out this link to get a taste of what a challenge this hike, straight up a mountain, really is! Tim and I have hiked the Barr Trail which zigzags up the mountain parallel to the incline. That is challenge enough, let alone hiking vertical! We're very proud of you, Tyler and Jennifer!

Here are a few pictures that Jennifer and Tyler captured. The beginning of the hike is not too bad, but look what's ahead! It keeps getting steeper and more vertical and goes much higher than what can be seen in this picture.
