Reconnecting

Tim is "on the road", presenting at Teach Beyond's and ACSI's pre-field orientation. These events are preparing missionary candidates who are leaving to serve in different parts of the world. At both conferences he has been thrilled to be able to re-connect with some of our friends from Black Forest Academy. I wish I could join him!
Sam is Luke and Tyler's friend  from BFA days. He and his wife are going back to serve on staff this fall.

Friends and former BFA staff who are now serving with Teach Beyond (formerly Janz Team) on this side of the ocean.

More BFA friends.

Sarah graduated from Black Forest Academy in 2003. She recently married is now returning to serve  at BFA with her husband.

World's greatest dad! Our sons couldn't have asked for better. You engaged with and loved on and prayed for them since day one. Happy Father's Day, Tim!

A Trip to Taiwan

Tim just returned from a trip to Taipei where he led The International Boarding Conference at Morrison Academy.
Here is a picture of the group of amazing people from many different countries who attended the conference.

Landing in Tokyo, Japan, on a layover.

Creation Calls

One year ago today we experienced the most destructive fire in Colorado's history. It happened here - just north of Co. Springs in Black Forest. Over 500 homes were destroyed and 22 square miles were burned. We were experiencing drought-like conditions at that time. Now.....one year later, it is refreshingly green, and we are very grateful.
