Getting ready for the conference

Tim was in charge of a large christian educators conference (ICEC) that BFA hosted near the end of March, and that was the reason for our trip to Germany. There was so much work to be done to prepare for the conference. We are very grateful for the staff at BFA, along with a visiting work team from PA, and other local families, who worked very hard to set up for and help during the conference. Many people worked a lot of hours and helped to make the conference a huge success.

Our friend, Corinne, and her family, donated many flowers and many hours, decorating the BFA campus with over 50 bouquets of flowers for ICEC. Some of the arrangements of flowers were huge! All of them were beautiful!

A semi truck from Holland parked behind the school and unloading bushels of flowers!

Packaging gifts (hand-painted pottery from the Alsace in France) for the presenters (plenary speakers and seminar presenters) at the conference.

Assembly line putting together packets for the conference delegates.
