Frutigen, Switzerland

Frutigen is the next town down the mountain from Adelboden. This Alpine town is where Tim's Grandma was born and raised. The house where Tim's Grandma was born is now a cafe. We were hoping to stop there for coffee on the way back to Germany, but it was closed for Easter weekend. That was disappointing, but we enjoyed visiting the church and walking around the town (until we got tired of getting rained on!).

In the background is the house where Tim's mom's cousin lived. She passed away suddenly in 2009.
