Beautiful Palmer Park

We discovered Palmer Park this weekend, and now we have a new favorite hiking spot in Colorado Springs. This beautiful park, named after the man who founded this city back in 1871, is huge - 700 acres of amazing scenery smack dab in the middle of the Springs.

What is the name of this bird? Does anybody know?

Incredible rock formations in very vivid colors all through the park.

Stuck between a rock and a hard place!
