Our hotel in Thailand

We stayed at a beautiful hotel during our stay in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The conference was at the same location.

We had four (yes, four!) arrangements of flowers in our suite!

We were welcomed with a beautiful arrangement of fresh local fruit. This bowl with the rose petals was for washing our hands before eating (or maybe after eating!) the fruit.

I removed the plate of fruit to show how the banana leaves had been arranged underneath. Beautiful presentation.

Every night a rose was left on our pillows with an accompanying note - "Good Night. Have a pleasant sleep." On our final night at the hotel, an orchid was on our pillow!
