Elephant Ride

When we signed up to take an elephant tour, we were hoping to be part of a group (because its cheaper that way) but no one joined us, so we had a private tour guide which was, in the end, far better!
Instead of riding an elephant at the elephant farm, where we would have had to wait in line, he drove us further up the mountain to a private location with very few tourists. We still had to wait for a little awhile, but we enjoyed the beautiful drive and visiting with our driver. It was nice to get out of the city and enjoy the wonderful countryside in Thailand.

Our driver told us that this sign (out in the middle of no where!) said "Jesus is your Helper" :)
