Watch Your Step!
A note from Tim in Kazakhstan......."Check out the pictures of the staircase at the house where I am staying. Because the staircase is steep there is not enough clearance for a full tread length. No problem! The lack of tread distance is solved by cutting out notches for your feet to fit into. The trick is to start down the staircase with the right foot first! Or is it the left foot first? I don't know...... it's still confusing to me."

Those steps are AMAZING!! (I couldn't help but ponder how one would teach a toddler to do up and down...) And I've really enjoyed seeing these pics of Tim's trip. Thanks!
