Why do little boys have to grow up?!

I am in the process of scanning 100's of pictures unto my computer and couldn't resist posting some of them! These photos bring back so many happy memories and they make me miss those days!

One of our ministries at BFA.....

Tim and I help out in one of the girls' residences at BFA on the dorm parents' day off. We go to the dorm for the evening meal and then stay into study hours.

Saurse and Jin are roommates. Here they are in the kitchen chopping up bars of chocolate to make chocolate chip cookies.

Rebecca needed some help with one of her school assignments so Tim was able to give her some good suggestions.

Each of the girls in the dorm has a gratis that they are responsible for. Here are two members of the happy dish crew!



Niall is the dorm parents' son - poor guy! He has to live with a houseful of girls!

Happy Birthday!

Jessica, whose parents work in Ethiopia, is in my small group. She turned 17 this week so I took her and a friend out for coffee and cake on Sunday afternoon. Then on Tuesday, her real Birthday(and Election Day!) I brought hot lunch to school for our small group and we celebrated with her. She is in the middle in the picture below.

Basel by night

Basel, a 20 minute drive from our house, is our favorite "local" city. It is especially beautiful at night!
