Sights and Sounds of Prague

Tim is currently on an accreditation visit to an international school in Prague, Czech Republic. He has been traveling a lot lately, which makes it lonely for me sometimes, but he does a great job of staying in touch with me (thanks to the internet and to Skype). He also takes pictures on his iPhone wherever he goes and forwards those as well. Isn't technology amazing? So is my husband who is in contact with me every day when he is away!
He are some "snapshots" of the city of Prague and of the school.

Happy Mother's Day!

Today I am so grateful for my mom. She is my hero, and I deeply love and sorely miss her. She fought the good fight, she finished the race, she kept the faith.
I am very grateful for my mother-in-law whose unconditional love, positive outlook on life, and whose intimate walk with Jesus has been a constant example to me. The joy of the Lord is her strength, and she exhibits that in abundance every day.
And I am blessed beyond belief to be a mom to my two sons, Luke and Tyler. There is no higher calling.
"Every good and perfect gift is from above" and that is what these precious people are to me!

I took these pictures from our back patio today. Unbelievable that spring is taking so long. I also perused some spring pictures from one of my Germany albums today. That brought some cheer to my day!

Graduation Day for Tyler and Jennifer

Saturday, May 4, at 9:00 am. It was an early ceremony because there was another LeTourneau commencement ceremony at 1:00 pm in the same concert hall. LeTourneau University holds six commencement services per year between its two campuses. At Tyler and Jennifer's ceremony there were approximately 500 students who graduated.

And now they are LeTourneau alumni!
