Our supper tonight - blackberry cobbler made with fresh blackberries. Yum! When you're empty-nesters you can eat what you want when you want! We would have much rather shared this around the table with our kids, though....

This week I baked strawberry loaf with fresh strawberries and took it to work to share with co-workers. It was a hit!

Burgers without the bun! We grilled them and topped them with sauteed red peppers, mushrooms, and spinach. So good! And good for you, too!

Catching up on 30 years

Reunion after 30 years! Patricia graduated from Black Forest Academy in 1983, when I was her R.A. at Storchenblick. What a special treat to spend time with her today up in Denver, and to catch up just a little on 3 decades' worth!

23 years ago today Luke became a big brother! Happy Birthday to you, Tyler! We love you and are very thankful to God for you! You have brought a great deal of joy and laughter to our home. We wish we could all be together today to help you celebrate!
